"This hotel is older, but the room I was in was upgraded. Very nice for the price point. In my particular case, I'd like to complement the owner Wen, Ali @ the front desk, and especially Stacy the front desk manager. I had an emergency, and I had to check out early and return to Colorado Springs. Expedia was a complete pain in the ass!! Had us send the authorizations for early departure several times.
