"Absolutely amazing stay! From Reservations to check in, Karen and Nigel were warm, efficient and helpful. The views are amazing, the terrace was a lovely spot for coffee, re-charging and a glass of wine in the evening. "The staff was great. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and when we needed help. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did a great job. The location was fantastic. The view from our deck was absolutely beautiful. Great sunsets over St John every evening. I felt bad for how much we had to contact the property manager, but we had quite a few reoccurring issues. "Great stay. Staff were consistently friendly & professional. Governors Suite room was spacious, well-kept & very comfortable for a weeks’ stay. Five restaurant options provided plenty of choices. Good to very good food overall although I wish they had more bowls with veggie & protein options beyond salads. Decent gym. Easy to reach from the EIS airport & ferry service was prompt & convenient. Overall very nice facilities & we will consider returning next year. "
