"The location of the castle was very convenient however this is NOT a castle. It is merely an event space built to resemble a castle. We arrived eaely on a Sunday and our room was not ready. We were told they would contact us when it was available but never did. Our room was next to the elevator, so was noisy. Bring your earplugs!"

"Great location, easy drive to Keeneland, walkable to many restaurants & stores. Staff was wonderful, room was large & clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is older and needs some updating. Carpet had stains and our toilet overflowed multiple times. We had to go to the front next in the middle of the night for extra towels and a plunger. There was no ice machine on the premises and even with it being an extended stay where you would think there would be cups, paper towels, etc. in the room. There were none. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient to where we were going while in town."
