"Super convenient location between historic downtown and The Factory. Place was spacious and cute- very charming. Loved the back porch- we spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely stay again!"

"The home was very cute had everything we needed and walking distance to the little town of Franklin. You need to be an early riser or hard sleeper though with the train going right past the house (you could practically touch it) at 8:30am and other various times (thankfully not during the night) and the traffic in front of the house (since it's busy and all cars go over the train tracks which makes it especially more noisy) made it hard to use the master bedroom since that room was closest to the road noise and train. There are also no heavy curtains so bring a sleep mask. Luckily we travel with those. Amy was easy to communicate and other than the cleaning people mistakenly showing up a day earlier thinking we had left already (mistakes happen), it was a pleasant stay."

"They tell you there are 2 options for parking. A $50/day parking garage attached to the hotel, or a valet parking that is $50/day. They did tell us there is a parking park age near by that is free, but a walk. The parking garage was free and about a 1 minute walk. So much more convenient and free. "

"This house was perfect!!! So close to everything on main and cute coffee shops, bakeries, and shopping. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Cutest renovated but historic feeling house! "

"If you have an SUV or truck, the parking situation is horrible and dangerous pulling in and out, you can’t see vehicles or pedestrians coming. The trees should be cut down to see. Extremely tiny area!!! The bathroom floor was dirty and the outside seating area should have been cleaned up for visitors. Overgrown shrubs, chairs were not cleaned, no firewood near the pit. The TV was a nightmare to figure out how to use it, and it would constantly stream. The outside curb appeal was not appealing at all. Would have loved to have entered a clean, non spider webbed front door. The lock needs to be fixed, could not open after 5-6 times of trying. No stove to cook anything, only a microwave, and an extremely tiny fridge. No large mirrors, the mirror in the bathroom was tiny and had to stand on my toes to see in it. The shower area is and extremely small area to move around and the toilet is in such a small space. "

"We loved everything about our stay! The Swordfish Suite is charming, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout the space. It’s an easy walk to downtown Franklin, and the owners are super responsive and helpful. "

"We spent a picture perfect long weekend in this cottage. The furnishings are tasteful and oh so comfortable. The bathroom renovations have excellent walk in showers and were spotless. Loved the surrounding trees. Beds were comfortable with good quality linens. This cottage is in the heart of a lovely section of Franklin and we could walk to restaurants. Excellent location for strolling in the afternoons. Four of our granddaughters live nearby and came for sleepovers, The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed eating take out on the outside patio. Every detail met our expectations. Internet service was excellent and television easily connected to our Apple TV. We would love to return."
