"Super convenient location between historic downtown and The Factory. Place was spacious and cute- very charming. Loved the back porch- we spent a lot of time out there. Would definitely stay again!"

"The home was very cute had everything we needed and walking distance to the little town of Franklin. You need to be an early riser or hard sleeper though with the train going right past the house (you could practically touch it) at 8:30am and other various times (thankfully not during the night) and the traffic in front of the house (since it's busy and all cars go over the train tracks which makes it especially more noisy) made it hard to use the master bedroom since that room was closest to the road noise and train. There are also no heavy curtains so bring a sleep mask. Luckily we travel with those. Amy was easy to communicate and other than the cleaning people mistakenly showing up a day earlier thinking we had left already (mistakes happen), it was a pleasant stay."

"This quaint historic cabin on a beautiful property near downtown was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the peacefulness and the wildlife, too! Amy was a great host and very responsive. It was convenient to walk to either The Factory or downtown. Highly recommended!"

"They tell you there are 2 options for parking. A $50/day parking garage attached to the hotel, or a valet parking that is $50/day. They did tell us there is a parking park age near by that is free, but a walk. The parking garage was free and about a 1 minute walk. So much more convenient and free. "

"The property was very nice, well located, and in a quiet location with a scenic view. Very pleasant. I had much difficulty communicating with the host because of VRBO's messaging system. The hosts was very responsive when I could get through to her but I would have to sign in numerous times in order to leave a message. I kept receiving a message from VRBO, "something went wrong on our end." The property was great but VRBO's glitches sure made it hard for me to communicate with the host. "

"This house was perfect!!! So close to everything on main and cute coffee shops, bakeries, and shopping. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Cutest renovated but historic feeling house! "

"If you have an SUV or truck, the parking situation is horrible and dangerous pulling in and out, you can’t see vehicles or pedestrians coming. The trees should be cut down to see. Extremely tiny area!!! The bathroom floor was dirty and the outside seating area should have been cleaned up for visitors. Overgrown shrubs, chairs were not cleaned, no firewood near the pit. The TV was a nightmare to figure out how to use it, and it would constantly stream. The outside curb appeal was not appealing at all. Would have loved to have entered a clean, non spider webbed front door. The lock needs to be fixed, could not open after 5-6 times of trying. No stove to cook anything, only a microwave, and an extremely tiny fridge. No large mirrors, the mirror in the bathroom was tiny and had to stand on my toes to see in it. The shower area is and extremely small area to move around and the toilet is in such a small space. "

"We loved everything about our stay! The Swordfish Suite is charming, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout the space. It’s an easy walk to downtown Franklin, and the owners are super responsive and helpful. "
