"The whole property was clean, all beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with all necessities to cook any meal. The pantry had supplies to which we added a foam cooler for the next guests. Would stay here again. "

"It is a journey to get here from TX, but it was exactly what we needed. Fresh air, nature, and wildlife abound. We awoke to chipmunks chasing each other and then off to the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. It ate up a whole day with hiking and sand. We came back at sunset and saw 2 elk and 20 deer. It was such a great experience."
