DISHES Wash your dishes and “Put them Away”. Dishwasher Pods and Dishwashing liquid is available.
TRASH Remove all household Garbage. Place in Large Black Trash Bin near driveway entrance. TURN OFF LIGHTS etc (unless otherwise noted) and any Appliances you used. LOCK & CLOSE ALL DOORS
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Shoes. All Shoes worn (outside) must be removed immediately after entering the home. A shoe bench is located near the door for your convenience.
No Parties, Events or Large Gatherings are allowed. Max overnight registered guests is 6. Maximum occupancy including daytime visitors is 10.
Parking is only permitted in driveway/ parking pad. No parking on grass.

Nice Rental

The rental was well maintained and recently upgraded. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and very helpful.
