"Overall I would recommend the loft especially if you have pets. It is very convenient to the falls itself although it's not a walking distance to the falls not unless if you don't mind walking far. The only problem we encountered was the wifi wasn't working during our stay so that involves the TV ws well but aside from that checking in and out was very convenient. "

We happened to stay the week before a rowing competition and the location has a great view of the competition finish line. Outside lawn area (chairs and table) were very useful. Owners were great and helped with recommendations for attraction and pontoon boat rental. Living room area and kitchen were small for 8 people but outside dining area helped."
