Its on excellent location with restaurants in the parking lot, walking to Pharmacy,grocery store etc. Seems to have been recently remodeled. Nice big lobby,Breakfast area,fitness center and guest laundry. Parking lot was brightly lit and ample parking,saw some big rigs also parked and drive around the building

It would not have taken much to keep the place cleaner. Also, things seem be to falling into disrepair (a cracked/clogged sink, entry light not working). Just a little consistent attention would go a long way.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and I am always satisfied. The price is great, the owner is incredibly friendly, and there are restaurants that share a parking lot. Every time I come to Fort Dodge for work I stay here, and will continue to in the future.

Make sure rooms are clean before putting a guest in that room. When traveling ppl want to go to a clean room and not have to go back to the desk to get a new room. Carpet should be cleaned. My feet shouldn't be black after a shower.
