I did want to point out a tuk tuk driver called nimal fonseka who absolutely made our stay excellent. He went above and beyond and helped us with anything we needed! "We stayed here on two separate occasions. We found the desk staff very good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We would like to see the hotel remove the small plastic cups of water in the room and replace with a filtered water fountain on each floor. Overall a good place to stay and very close to The Ministry of Crab. With regards to the restaurant, it is a tacky, bleak environment with awful food for breakfast. "I really enjoyed how relaxed the Camelot Beach Hotel was. The staff were all very friendly, the room was comfortable and the restaurant had a nice buffet. Of course the beach was lovely, this was a great place to stay at the end of my trip to Sri Lanka - it was nice to have some relaxing walks on the beach prior to me long journey home :) I would definitely stay here again."

"It's a quiet place in the vicinity of liberty plaza and Gangaramaya in Colombo. In the beginning was having doubts till I went in and spoke to the owner. Friendly and Helpful staff. Comfortable dorms and with Bunk beds. For the price can't complain at all. Overall I'm happy. Not disable friendly. Definitely recommend."
