This "Magnolia" decorated townhouse is perfect for your family vacation or business retreats. It is a lovely, inviting space located in South Fort Collins. For vacations you will enjoy 3 bedrooms + 1 more sleeping room and 3 bathrooms. For office and business retreats, you will enjoy congregating space, desks in every room, an open office concept downstairs, and a patio for wining and dining. The home is 5 minutes away from Harmony Road which includes grocery stores, restaurants, bike trails, hiking, and shopping. You are 10 minutes to Horsetooth Reservoir and Boyd Lake, 15 minutes from Old Town and Downtown Loveland, and 60 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood is a very safe place for your children to play, take family walks, and enjoy bike rides. It is a two-story end unit by the cul-de-sac creating a more peaceful atmosphere. There are two nice green spaces for children to be able to play as well as neighborhood parks and the pool.

The main level has a nice seating area, a dining room table that seats up to 12, and brand new appliances in the kitchen including a large refrigerator and a gas stove. The kitchen has dishes for up to 12 guests and also a bar that seats 4 more guests. The master bedroom (Queen) and the master bathroom are on the main level. A 2nd bedroom has a full size bed with an adjoining full bathroom sharing with the main level. Both bedrooms have desks for zoom calls and working with good lighting.

The basement level has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 extra room with a bunk bed and trundle bed. Both rooms have desks in them for zoom calls and working with good lighting. The basement level has a bathroom with a stand up shower, toilet, and 2 sinks. There is a separation door in between the 2 sinks so multiple people can get ready at the same time. On the way to the washer and dryer is the office with a large desk, leather chair, and a sit/stand up desk for 3 more people. The washer, dryer, and folding station are also on this level. Enjoy a 2nd large living room with a projector movie theater seating for 4-6 and 2 large Big Joe bean bags as well as a comfy rug to watch movies on. There are plenty of games for kids, teens, and adults on the adjoining wall shelf. With the projector you can use your credentials for Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+ and enjoy the the 5 speaker surround sound.
