"First of all, the staff was great. They helped us with directions and recommended an excellent taxi service. Their free breakfast was very good with a great selection for all. The room we had was very clean and well equipped. Items that could stand an upgrade were the elevators and the room heater/ AC unit. If you forgot a few things, you can walk across the street to the gas station/ convenience store. And if you're into football, you are within eyesight/walking distance to the Allegiant stadium. If you're still hungry after breakfast, In n' out burger is almost in their parking lot. I would probably stay here again."

"This was the second time I have stayed at Sugarloaf Mtn Hotel. The rooms are small but clean and newly remodeled and in good condition. Having a small market on site was a plus. Parking right outside our room was also nice."

"Staff were friendly & helpful. Parking was a challenge. Website showed a cabinet with travel items in lobby, but it was no longer there. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Flooring was warped. Restaurant breakfast was outstanding, but out of milk and orange juice. Overall, we enjoyed our two-night stay because of the location. I really want to emphasize how amazing the staff are. If you're visiting Virginia City, I highly recommend this hotel, but do not expect much...just enjoy the view."
