You can rent this almost 4,000 square foot home on the Lake! This special home sits on 1.2 acres of land, has a private pier, a bon-fire pit in the backyard overlooking the lake, a Workout Center, a 70 inch Flat Screen, a 4 season solarium, a outdoor Dining area , a jaccuzzi tub, a outdoor 6 person Hot Tub....add in a kitchen any cook would die for and you have yourself an outstanding vacation! Lake Koshkonong offers water skiing, tubing, fishing and over 14 bars and restaurants on this 10,500 acre lake.

To have fun on the water the house comes with two kayaks, a canoe and brand new this year is a standup paddleboard! Bring your own boats or I can refer you to companies that rent boats and dock it at the private pier right off of the backyard.

After a glitch in the beginning of our stay-which the owner worked with me to fix-it turned out to be a great vacation. Good location, right on the lake, beautiful views. And the towns around the area provided plenty of activity if we wanted it.

Terrific house for a family vacation. Well stocked large family home, walk out to the lake. A little shallow, but we all loved floating around and cooling off in the lake. Everything you could want in a vacation stay. We’d be happy to stay again.

Our family vacation included both our children’s families: 6 adults and 3 children ages 2-6. The house had plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Awesome, spacious kitchen for prepping family meals. The outdoor space was also great. Big fire pit with loads of seating. The dock was great for fishing, we rented a pontoon and were able to keep it there. The kids enjoyed playing in the water off of the dock as well as using the paddle board and kayaks. Jim is a phenomenal host, he gave us several suggestions for fishing tackle places, restaurants to boat to, etc…

We had a great time at this property! We were staying with family and attending a family wedding. It was perfect to have a ton of room and loved the hot tub and view of the lake. Jim, the owner came by every day to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay and we had a great time!

We had a great time at this fully stocked, luxurious home on a beautiful lake. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Gorgeous sunrise over Lake Koshkonong! Everything you need to make and serve a big holiday feast and games, fire pit and hot tub after the food!!

House was great with large front and back yard. Two Master suites was perfect for our group. We had 11 in our group (3 of those kids) and we had plenty of space and bathrooms. Jim provided kayaks, a paddle board and floats which where all used. We had a great time!

This home was just perfect for our family getaway this year. The house and yard are huge, enough for our family to spread out as well as have privacy. The house is equipped with everything imaginable. Jim was the perfect host, attending to our every need immediately and checking that all was well every day.

Jims house was absolutely perfect. He was readily available if there was anything we needed. The location of the home was great. There is nice sand right off the dock! The sandbar is right across the lake. There are restaurants in close proximity. Plenty of parking for guests and trailers. Everything about the home was great!

The home was gorgeous with great views and was perfect for our family. Jim was the perfect host, available if we had any issues, and always willing to help with suggestions for dinner, boat rental, etc. The lake is huge, great for pontoon rides and tubing with several bars and restaurants reachable by boat, but not a great swimming lake. There is a nice sand beach on nearby Lake Ripley that the young ones loved. All in all a great vacation
