"CLEAN!!! We have a 1 year old and it was nice to stay somewhere that was extremely clean and kid friendly. Love that the location was right downtown Sun Praire. You can walk anywhere. Parking was secure for us. The pizza restaurant attached to the same building earned a lot of our business. 10/10. "

The owners really thought of everything you’d possibly need when vacationing and made sure to include it and then some! The location is amazing, just a few short blocks from shopping, restaurants and the beach. We had our 1 year old son with us as well and he had room to move around and plenty to keep him busy! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this property, we will definitely be back!"

"Andrea the host is great but VRBO is a terrible company through which to rent the apartment. VRBO added charges that were not known to her or to me as a guest. This included a very high service fee as well a damaged protection fee. In addition Andrea charges per night were significantly less than what VRBO charged. Our host, Andrea, is trying to get VRBO to refund some of its charges. Unless they agree I will never rent from VRBO again. Renter beware! If you c"

"The property is in a great location! Easy to walk to everything downtown. Beds were very comfy and everything was easy to find and use. I do wish there were thicker curtains as there are many windows and it gets bright in the morning. Great stay! The owner also left a bottle of wine and a gift card to a restaurant, which was so nice!"

"All of us really liked the location, cleanliness, and the layout of this darling flat. We enjoyed sitting outside in the comfortable seating area as well. We would stay again in a heartbeat. 2 very minor complaints that will not decrease my 5 star review. The queen mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and the rug just inside the door has a flipped up corner. It’s definitely a tripping hazard."

"We had family in the Cottage Grove area and the location could not have been better. The property manager was great to work with as we had to change our dates of travel. There was no issues with our communication. Check in and out was simple. Staying here again would be a no brainer."

We actually enjoyed being just a tiny bit of the beaten path of downtown, yet we were easily in walking distance of the lake, the cute shops and a festival that was going on. The only thing I would recommend for an even more enjoyable stay is for the owner of the property to add curtains to the windows. The blinds don’t keep any light out in the morning and we woke up with sun each day."

"We wanted a short getaway for our anniversary. We visited Horicon March for walks and bike riding. We grilled our own dinner one evening. Then had other meals in Beaver Dam. We LOVED the view of the Rock River and the fact that we could sit a few feet away from it to have morning coffee. The studio was cozy and full of windows. Perfect getaway!"

"The space is extremely clean and well-stocked with towels, pillows, blankets, etc. There's a lot of attention to detail and convenience, such as mirrors where you'd want them to put on your makeup. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and a quick walk to downtown to save you on having to pay for parking (which is not free anywhere we could find). Farmers market on Thursday was lovely!"
