"Upon arrival the front desk agent was nice and got me checked in swiftly. The room it self was clean. But the comforter on the bed was not clean. I took it off and just slept with the sheet. Breakfast was simple. I do like that they had the snack area stocked daily."

"We had a wonderful time at the Lakeside property. All the decks with great views and plenty of seating. The inside of the house was very comfortable too. Always got an immediate response from owners when asking a question. Would love to stay again!"

"This was our second time at this property. It was clean, amenities were plentiful, and we had a great time. I cannot recommend this listing enough. It was perfect for a large group with children. Communication with the hosts is always great as well. All in all, another 10/10 stay."

Sep 17, 2019Forsyth and Decatur seem to have made an upturn with regards to economy and overall look. Both cities are still disappointing. Let’s get back to this hotel! It needs a serious update and the cleanliness was very questionable. Carpeting disgusting.

Sep 1, 2019We shopped a little. We had two excellent meals- one at Red Lobster, one at Cracker Barrel. Because of the coffee, microwave and refrigerator we were able to spend an entire morning and afternoon lounging in our room!! It was very refreshing!!
