"Beautiful Victorian style hotel. Hotel is clean and maintained but is dated and a musty smell in the room. Parking is definitely on a slanted hillside. Staff were cordial but not overly friendly. I give the breakfast a B. Dennys restaurant & Krispy Kreme doughnuts next door. Tanger outlet very close."

"The staff was personalble and professional. The amenities are excellent; however, the furnishings in the rooms are dated and need TLC. The food was excellent. The most notable deficiency was the fire alarms and subsequent lack of communication and action from the staff which was lacadasical at best and lead to unresponsiveness from guest."

"Room was very clean and nice. Spacious and comfortable. Easy check in and out. If there is anything negative noticed is only that the outside of the building needed a power wash due to algie but it could be scheduled already. Overall great stay!"

"Loved this hotel stay! Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is very clean and quiet. No noise at all. Breakfast was good but I wish there had been some bacon and a few other choices but they kept bringing food out and kept the buffet stocked well. The dining room workers were very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Everything was clean and spotless. The shower had the best water pressure I have ever had. The A/C in 206 was quiet but did not cool as well as hoped. I let management know upon checkout."
