"There was so free breakfast like Expedia says. The people said they have tried to get it changed but no luck. I booked this location for that reason alone. I stayed of course, but was disappointed."

I stayed 3 nights and was charged 4 nights. No one showed any compassion for my legitimate complaint. Overall, the experience was horrible. The Holiday Express needs severe up training in accounting, customer service, and cleaning protocols."

"Hotel was new and nice! Felt like a safe location and check-in was easy. My only issue is that the eggs were empty for over 1/2 an hour. I know there was a tour group there watching the breakfast area like vultures, but I thought more eggs should have been put out. The value was very good for the price. Excellent TV streaming options."

"Facility was located near highway, convenient for our quick overnight stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would stay again when in the area. Breakfast was the best we had seen during our week of travel."

"The bathrooms were not very clean. The towels were not clean at all. I ended up drying loft with a hand towel. The staff was super nice. Although there were bedbugs found in the room so I ended up having to put my belongings in a trash bag to seal them until I got home and could sanitize everything."
