"Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sarah on the front desk. She went out of her way to ensure we were fully briefed on the things to do and places to go. One of our plans was to see a flamenco show in a cave and Sarah advised which one was the best and also booked the show for us. It was sensational and Sarah took the hassle of choosing which show to go to away from us. She also arranged and booked the right option for a trip to the famous Alhambra. We chose valet parking at this venue and that too was seamless with Jose dealing with everything. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good and the lady who looked after that was very pleasant and efficient at keeping everything clean and replenished. Granada was a great city to visit and if we were ever to go back, we wouldn’t hesitate in booking this hotel."

"Elegant and beautiful hotel in a safe, quiet area of Granada. Very spacious room and comfortable bed! Beautiful view of city with large, pretty garden surroundings. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was okay but not exceptional. Easy taxi service to Mezquita area about 9 Euros each way."

"Overall, we loved the property. This hotel has an amazing location, which puts you within easy assess to all main attractions, and has an unbeatable view of the Alhambra. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The conditions of the rooms feel like they need a bit of a refresh. Our room had peeling paint in the shower and several dirty areas on the walls around light switches and other " high-touch" areas. Our room also could have been cleaner, as there was a significant amount of dust of the woodwork, telephone and baseboards. Lovely breakfast. Would recommend."
