"Santa Ponsa is gorgeous: the buildings, the rooms, the grounds are all stunning. The setting is perfect. I cannot stress this enough. It's a perfect place to unwind. We self catered for most of our meals as few restaurants were open and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped to allow us to cook up a variety of meals.
