"Очень хороший дом, для отдыха с семьей. Очень просторная кухня с гостинной. замечательный двор с барбекью. Доброжелательные соседи =) До пляжа 5 минут, идеально подходит для детей.Для любителей активного отдыха, рядом горы и множество троп. Дом находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от старого города Алкудии. "The villa is perfect. We arrived in the evening., Paula made sure there were fresh pizzas, water, beer, fruit etc in the fridge. We didn’t hire a car but she took us to the local supermarket. Dishwasher Tablets, washing up liquid, washing tablets, extra toilet rolls, etc were all supplied. We used a local Sa Pobla taxi firm who were excellent for trips out. You can log onto Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts for the tv. The villa photos don’t do in justice, we have been staying at villas over 15...

"The property was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches. Communication with the owners was very good, before and during our stay. We had no problem gaining access. The area is so quiet and beautiful. As mentioned in other reviews, the bedroom mezzanine is slightly challenging but we knew this before booking and we coped with the low ceiling. "Lovely relaxing villa in a quiet area. About 15 mins walk to supermarket and 20 into Pollensa town. Easy bus route into Puerto Pollensa. Pool area very nice and hot tub an added luxury. Everything needed was in the villa for a comfortable holiday."

"Great little villa a 5 minute walk from the beach and tons of restaurants. The pool was amazing too. There is construction on the week days next door but it didn't bother us too much. It's on top of a steep hill but worth the climb! A great deal."

"The villa is spectacular as in the pictures. Beautiful outdoor area marred only by the mosquitoes! The pool was clean and despite one heating pump malfunction stayed at a nice 29 degrees throughout. Xisco, the owner, lives in the villa next door and was very quick in every instance when asked for anything or when reporting any problems. In short we had a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings.
