"Nice resort, but I can’t give 5 stars because the room was lacking privacy. We booked the lake view balcony room, but the balcony was shared with the adjacent room and only separated with a glass partition. The neighbors could see into our room which was unacceptable."

"Property is within a hotel. The building is amazing, and flat clean, comfortable and crucially (on a very hot week) air-conditioned. Brilliant location for exploring Mondsee and the lake on foot, and a fascinating historic building. Great communication with host."

"It was in a great location with a short walk to their lake front swimming area. It would have been helpful to have a ceiling fan in the room with the heatwave since there was no AC. They provided 1 fan, but since we had a triple that left our child without a fan. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the included breakfast was great!"

"Wonderful location right on the lake, with a private deck, SUP boards for guest use, day beds and onsen like pool & sauna. Great facilities. Room was well designed, but a small fridge would have been appreciated given the wonderful weather. No air-conditioning in rooms, which would normally be fine, but it was warm to sleep in the heatwave."

"Great hotel. We stayed in Fuschl to easily access the Salzkammergut area. The hotel has great amenities such as an arcade. It even has a piano you could play. Staff was friendly and helpful. Note Fuschl does not really have a lot of restaurants and the convenient store barely opens - so it simply wasn't a base for lunch/dinner for us. The hotel has dinner but we did not try. Also note there is no A/C. The night air was cool but we had to sleep with the balcony door open. Parking was confusing initially - there is a parking garage but it is not accessible on the day of arrival. We had to back out through a narrow alley."

"This stay was amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the amenities for the lake were awesome, and the room was very spacious as well. We unfortunately had a small gripe with how hot it was when we went. We found out later that if I had requested a fan I could’ve gotten one. The laundry machine is one tiny one for the whole building you have to pay to use in euro coins. Everything is about a 5-10 minute walk into the town. The bikes were awesome to use! Everything else was amazing truly but every little amenity is another charge to the room."
