"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. "The room was amazing , clean and new , we had a triple room as we had our 12 yr old grandson with us, it was so well thought out, meaning he could have space to himself, and his own tv. Which had movies in English once you changed the language settings. You literally came out of the station and a 3 min walk to the hotel… then it was only about 20 mins to the tower and other sights"
