Independent house, very close to the urban center surrounded by countryside overlooking the sea, fenced with stone wall, very large garden, very sunny. It has a beautiful porch for summer evenings equipped with garden furniture. Totally equiped.
It is spacious and very comfortable. Private parking.
Easy access from main road, services are nearby, you can walk to the town 200 meters.

Fui con un grupo de amigas a pasar el fin de semana y a todas nos hubiese encantado pasar más tiempo disfrutando de la isla y de la casa! La casa estaba muy bien situada: cerca del super, facil de ir a las playas... y la casa en sí es muy hogareña, típica casa de campo con encanto y la terraza que tiene es fabuloso para pasar el rato. Lo recomiendo 100% . Ana estuvo atenta en todo momento y muy contenta con su trato. Repetiria de nuevo la experiencia.

La casa è molto bella e confortevole. Dal vivo è molto meglio che in foto e dispone di ogni genere di comfort. La veranda, sempre ventilata, è un'autentico gioiellino. Ana è una padrona di casa estremamente gentile, disponibile e discreta. L'unico consiglio che mi sentirei di darle riguarda il materasso ed i cuscini della sola cameretta matrimoniale (peraltro deliziosa), che ormai hanno fatto il loro tempo. Ci tornerei senz'altro.

la casa si trova in un posto strategico e ha un parco veramente confortevole e bello. Si trova in una posizione centrale e comoda agli spostamenti, e molto vicino al centro di S.Francesco. L'interno è un po' datato e le camere sono discrete; I bagni sono poco curati nella rubinetteria. Nell'insieme ci siamo trovati bene, soprattutto nel patio veramente bello.
