"Excellent apartment in a new secure development with pristine facilities such as a fantastic and clean communal swimming pool, only 10mins walk to numerous bars, restaurants & a small supermarket (Villamartin Plaza). The apartment itself was immaculate with everything virtually new. The roof solarium was amazing with sun loungers, sofa, chairs, dining table and BBQ facilities.
