The room although upstairs had a great outlook, was quiet and comfortable, staff assisted with baggage.Hotel in a great location close to some fantastic restaurants, train, bus. "

"A smart little hotel with a decent sized bar area that terraced on to the street a good selection of drinks and background music lead to an easy going atmosphere. We never ate at the property as food is only available Wednesday to Sunday the room was well fitted out a brilliant shower with a good supply of consumables supplied ,the bed was ok the springs feel a bit worn, we drove to the hotel and parked the car in the Park pub opposite the hotel there's an arrangement where you put your car reg on the tablet inside the pub and you can leave your car for free for 24hrs and if you are staying longer just go in the pub and do it again"

"The cleaniness was excellent, quuet and felt welcomed home, it was a walking distance to most of the places we visited and overall close to tesco express and aldi shops."

"This was actually very sad and disappointing. The lay out and space and location was perfect for us but the apartment, itself, was filthy. The showers were full of mildew. Not the mildew from age that could be hard wash away, it literally flaked off when the water hit it.The carpet/floors were obviously never vacuumed/cleaned. The utensils in drawers were dirty, I had to wash them before using. The plates in cabinet were wet and smelled musty. The garbage can lid in kitchen was filthy with old liquid and food that you had to touch to open. The walls around the garbage can had splashed food and liquid from things being thrown into garbage can. I never took my shoes off. I literally had them outside of shower and immediately stepped into them to avoid touching the floor ( although the shower was no better). There were no hand towels in bathrooms to dry washed hands. No kitchen towel ( linen or paper). Dirty socks left in closet. The door lock got jammed somehow and we were not able to get OUT of apartment and messaged host with video and never heard back from them. Thankfully we were on 1st floor and my son jumped out window and opened door with key from outside. We were asked to bring garbage outside to bins on compound. Every bin on compound was full or overflowing. Also ground outside was full of potholes and loose gravel, puddles and mud. "

"Overall was happy with my stay although the wifi went down which was a bit of let down but was advised would get a refund for the days it was not available. Unfortunately the wifi issue wasn’t resolved before I had to vacate too. However, I was happy overall. Location was great and there was always somewhere to park your car. Barriers to the entrance was always being used and did make a bit of noise opening and closing but apart from that and the ski issue was happy with my stay. "

"Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything near by such as restaurants and pubs etc. Called the night before to arrange pick up if keys. Proved to be difficult and when got through they didn't know I had booked the apartment. They tried to charge me extra for cleaning fee even though I had already paid for it. On day of arrival took ages to get in touch with them but was very accommodating when got there and apologised. "
