"The main house was excellent. The annexe was disappointing. The ground floor was unfinished with bare concrete walls and floors. However, we only used it to sleep in and the bedrooms were lovely on the first floor. The gardens are beautiful and spacious. The pool was excellent as was the kitchen. We were a family of 16 ranging in ages from 11 - 70yrs and the property suited all of us. Kate is a lovely host. It is quite expensive but there are very few properties with a pool that can cater for such a large family. Overall, a lovely holiday which we are already remembering fondly."

"We weren't expecting much given it only cost €64 for our room but the room was super and the hotel quite modern with an Indian restaurant onsite at the lower level."

"Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at staying here again. "
