"Loved this house and community, worked out perfectly for our group of 10. Everything was as described, spotless and lots of little extras and thoughtful touches and supplies throughout. Everything works, easy to manage. Good communication with the owner, checks in and responds right away. The community is very nice and easy to manage in regards to enjoying the amenities. The basement is a great hangout spot, all our teens loved having their own space. Thank you!!!"

"My family of 4 stayed at CJ's property for a few days in August and it was perfect! Communications with CJ were GREAT, he was very quick and responsive, and answered all my questions before and during our stay. Beds were all comfortable and basement area a huge plus (although we did not use it during our stay since we all had ample space to utilize). The location of the property is PERFECT. "Escaped the city for a five star weekend. The house was fully equipped for preparing group meals, offering plenty of space to enjoy them together. StayBettr was perfectly communicative and provides a guide with everything you need to prepare for your stay. We relaxed in the hot tub and bonded over a private, virtual @journalingclasses session. Don’t forget to stop by Tilly’s diner (15min) drive away for a delicious breakfast or lunch with the most wonderful waitstaff. We hope to come back again!"

"When we arrived at Big Bear Chalet we couldn’t believe the spaciousness as well as cleanliness of this home. The description was spot on! Nothing was left out, every amenity listed was in the home and then some! We were a total of 6 adults, a toddler and a baby as well as my daughter’s beagle. Loved every moment and hope to be back next year. Even the weather didn’t deter us from having a good time. "

"My cousin and I do an annual trip to the Barryville/Narrowsburg area with our wives over labor day for some hiking, rafting, restauranting/cooking, etc. This home was about 7mins drive from Narrowsburg, and in the middle of the woods, which is perfect. The neighbors are a bit close, but we were not a bother to one another. Also, I'd recommend an AWD vehicle with decent clearance, as the road is gravel and the driveway is steep and narrow. I have an Audi SUV and had no issues. The home was nice...

Since we were driving and had room in the car it wasn't a disaster, but hauling 4 beds' worth of sheets fills a duffel bag, and I did not enjoy having to make those beds after a 7 hour drive. I wouldn't mind stripping the beds at the end but for the cost of the accommodations and how little a house full of sheets would...

"Description was accurate. Photos are too except they have new sofas that are blue. Place was spotless. Nice outdoors area. We used the grill and the fire pit ring one day. We drove across the bridge into NY and explored a little over there. It is fun to watch all the people floating by. I am sure in the winter months the river is very quiet. Rafting is a short walk away and looked fun. Thank you for the hospitality! stayed 2 night and drove in"
