"Our room was very clean and comfortable. Although the stairs upto the room was quiet steep. Breakfast was very nice. We ate there on our last night and would recommend the lamb. It was beautiful. "

"Wasn’t aware until shortly before our visit that we’d booked during the Appleby Horse Fair so following a Police advisory, they weren’t selling alcohol. Which was a shame as I like to drink local brewery beer when away, but we were allowed to bring our own bottles. In all other respects, our stay was amazing!"
