"Oaks Resort overall was good, unfortunately the towels and sheets were dirty, but the hotel staff were fabulous and organised house keeping to replace the towels and change the sheets very promptly. The pool area was fabulous as was the gardens surrounding Oaks Resort. We would no hesitate to stay there again. "

"Decor was straight out of the 80's & the fabric on the lounge suite looked & smelt like it had not been cleaned since then. Kitchen was worn out, outdated & in dire need of a makeover. Shower was reasonable size but shower caddy was rusty. Placemats need to be binned. TV remote didn’t work even after a battery change. Spa was out of order. But on a positive note the area was quiet & the shuttle service was spot on. Big bed was comfy & balcony view from the bunk room was peaceful. Maybe other...

"My Mother was visiting from the uk and she wanted to go to Port Douglas for the Great Barrier Reef. The apertment was a great location. A short shuttle ride into town and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning in the future."
