"The outside and surroundings of the property were not well kept. There was trash outside, the steps looked like it hasn't been cleaned in 5 years. When I opened the room door it smelled like cigarettes and looked deplorable. Spoke to reception to switch room; however, there wasn't any availability. Was offered a refund and found a different hotel to stay at."
