"Communication with the staff prior to the stay was very good. A taxi was arranged for us per our request for the airport which was very helpful. The property itself was very unique and tasteful in a historic building. There was no staff on site however. We were left keys and there was motion activated lights and remote activated access. One con was it was still quite warm even in early October for our one night stay and there was no air conditioning or even a fan. If we had been there longer, we would have asked about a fan. The room was very clean and well done. There was a large window we opened for air. For people with limited physical abilities, it is three flights up carrying your luggage and no elevator in this building. We got up too early to be able to get the breakfast so can't assess that. There is a nice sandwich place and gelateria downstairs. I would recommend a stay here in general if you enjoy unique historic properties."

"One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Italy, the rooms were spotless the staff was great and the hotel restaurant was excellent l normally stay away from hotel restaurants but this was an exception,breakfast was excellent also,it was great to come back to this hotel after the wonderful chaos of Naples. The decor is tastefully done with soft relaxing colors. The location is so convenient right across from the train station."

"Nice bedroom and bathroom. I especially liked that a large bottle of water was provided as complementary. Also, we don’t eat much for breakfast but we were able to have croissants and coffee in the bar. The hotel is a short walk from Napoli Centrale station. The only thing on our wish list is a ramp at the front for people with heavy bags."

"Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly and the host kindly carried my heavy bag up the stairs. Check in was very quickly and everyone staying was very friendly. The location is VERY close to the airport and the room and floor were incredibly clean. A wonderful value for my quick trip through Napoli!! Thank you!!"
