"The property is rather new so everything is quite clean. The bed was a bit lumpy. The heating was temperamental and shut off in the middle of the night when it was the coldest. They did follow up with me on the second night to assure me they had fixed it, but it still shut off in the middle of the night for the second night in a row. "Even after a barrage of emails in German over a period of several months, the entry procedures did not work. It was almost impossible to reach the host. A resident or manager? On the property was disheveled, disinterested, and boardering on rude. The rural dwelling was dark and surrounded by the smell of manure. They had not provided towels and couldn’t understand our request. The tiny room photos are somewhat misleading. The off-site host grew impatient with us and suggested we lodge elsewhere;...

"Alpenhotel Allgau has a good location in Schwangau, close to the Neuschwanstein Castle, Hohenschwangau Castle, Museum of the Bavarian kings. The rooms were small and the beds were rather hard. The breakfast was a essentially a continental breakfast of rolls and coffee. The signage is poor and the entrance is hard to spot. Check in was easy but checkout was difficult because their credit card processing machine didn't work and had to be re-started.I wouldn't stay there again but rather will plan...

Единственное несоответствие с Hotels.com цена за уборку 75 евро. И туристический налог с детей тоже взяли, на сайте написано что до 14 лет не берут "
