"We stayed here for two days in September. What a great apartment. Centrallly located with fantastic view of the port area with lots of sail boats. Cozy restaurants right in the neighborhood. And, despite being so close to everything it was very quiet. The kitcehn is well equipped so you can also prepare your own food. Check-in is easy as there is a lock box in case the owner Jean-Michel is not there to welcome you. Everything is clearly explained, so you can do self-serve check-in. In our case...

"La propriétaire a encaissé la reservation depuis plus de 3 mois et le jour même de la reservation soit le 14 juillet 2024 à 17h20 alors que j'étais sur les lieux.... La propriétaire a annulée la reservation!!!!! Merci a abritel de garantir sur certain sécurité...de ne pas accepter ce genre de propriétaire sans valeur ni principe. Honte a ce genre de personne et site de reservation a arnaque. Donc attention au arnaque de location sur ce site qui ne peux pas garantir en cas de soucis comme celui...

"The hotel was unmanned we were late arriving and tired we had travelled all day we didn’t find the. Procedure to check in very easy and then we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights. Had we known this we would not of booked. Staff were there the next day and were very helpful"

booking in May wasn’t the best option

"This was the second Hôtel we booked through hotels.com on this trip was supposed to be a treat stay after the previous basic one and it was not good. The chat to resolve our issues went nowhere. Pool and spa closed, no restaurant open at all, the sink in our room was broken. It was very disappointing, not made clear enough it was basically all shut still at the end of May. Gruissan the town however is glorious."

"The bathroom was a bit too small and it could certainly benefit from having an air extractor. The were dead bugs in the window blind which would have been better not to have. Other then that, the staff was nice and helpful at all times."
