Several things in the house and the surrounding are lft behind and broken.Its better to bring with you all you need in case you won't drive the car too often. The accsess takes time and needs a careful driver Communication with agency was always very prompt. "As a follow guest said to me, some places do not live up to the pictures on the Internet, however, this Villa exceeded the online presence. Great location to relax by the lakeside. It has access to all you need, wineries, golf, shopping and Tourism. Easy access to Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, etc. We have travelled to Italy several times and this location and Villa have been the best."

"I can’t even describe how beautiful this villa is . The first day I walked out of the house into the patio to the smell of wisteria and the sound of bees . It was incredibly relaxing and we fixed wonderful meals and spent time around the pool . There was plenty of room for our family and everyone left feeling rested .
