"Our family recently enjoyed a truly wonderful stay at this beautifully restored 1908 Umbrian villa near Città della Pieve. The property perfectly combines authentic Italian character with modern comfort, featuring stunning beamed ceilings, traditional terracotta floors, tasteful furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a relaxing stay.The villa was immaculate, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The private pool was a real highlight, offering complete peace and privacy as well as breathtaking views of rolling vineyards and the beautiful Umbrian hills that seem to stretch forever.The setting is idyllic. The nights were wonderfully silent, allowing us to completely unwind, and the clear skies revealed an incredible canopy of bright stars. It was the perfect place to relax and reconnect with family and this beautiful part of Italy..Despite its tranquil location, the villa is conveniently close to local services, shops, restaurants, and all that charming Città della Pievehas to offer. We ate at Da Laura Ristorante for a delicious and memorable first lunch. A special mention must go to our host, Georgio, who was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that everything was perfect.This villa is a true gem in the heart of Umbria, offering comfort, authenticity, privacy, and unforgettable scenery. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful Italian retreat and look forward to returning."

"Fabulous house and pool. Everywhere was clean and pretty well maintained. One comment tho, for British visitors, there are no large scale coffee and tea making facilities which disconcerted us a bit. Otherwise, great place."

"This villa was like a dream come true! The property and house were beautiful! The pool was gorgeous and got a lot of use from us. The town, Pieve, is the cutest and so close! Communication was fast and effective. We have the breakfasts, welcome dinner and pasta making! Worth every penny. Our group had such a great vacation at this house, one of the best. Thank you for sharing your property with us!"
