"This is a charming hotel which has been acquired fairly recently by the owners on which they are clearly working very hard to make a perfect place to stay. Free on site parking is a real bonus. Our room had been recently decorated. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower. Super aircon too! We even had a few english television channels! In reception, there is a water dispenser where you can fill your water bottle with chilled sparkling or still water whenever you wish - we thought this was a really thoughtful gesture , particularly as it was so hot at the time of our visit. The staff are friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed meeting the african grey parrot. Highly recommended hotel, would stay there again if we were visiting."

"Overnight stop. Dinner in restaurant was good and reasonable choices for main. Beds were a bit on the smaller side. Lack of pillows, only one small pillow per bed. Rooms could do with a freshen up decorative wise."

"Above average but not excellent. Rooms fairly basic. Pool very cold but clean. Morning coffee charge was very high but extra towels provided was helpful. "

"First room we were given had broken sink waste, when used, water poured all over the floor, reception told us to put the bin underneath (we thought he was joking and would send someone to repair it seeing as we were not offered an alternative room), after 2nd trip to reception we had to ask for a different room which we were given. The breakfast wasn't great, bread, croissants etc were not fresh - dry and hard but better than nothing. "

"Stayed here for the third time and had a lovely stay. Nice size room which was clean and comfortable. Bathroom modern. Dinner in the restaurant was beautiful. Highly recommend. "
