"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à trois couples accompagnés de quatre enfants, dont deux bébés. La maison est parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfants et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien aménagée, et l’espace de vie, spacieux et joliment décoré, est vraiment agréable. La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide, et nous avons eu droit à une belle surprise à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

"This is a charming property with great potential for larger groups and ideally located. However, the property unfortunately isn't treated as it deserves to be. It lacks central heating and the two bathrooms date back to the 1960's. The kitchen is well equipped and matrasses are all new, the living room is very very basic. The garden isn't well kept either with bushes obstructing the sea view. We nonetheless had a great time, but won't be returning."

"Quiet situation. The house is on quite a narrow impasse and the gate is not enormous. Anyone with a car larger than ours (Skoda Yeti 1m 75 cm wide) could find it a bit tight getting in and out. There are some parking spaces round the corner. All contact was with the concierge, timely and professional. The sea-facing terrace also faces north and can be bracing, but the one overlooking the garden is quite a sun-trap, and sheltered. There is adequate shopping in Asnelles with a small Carrefour...

"This is a beautiful house in a lovely town on the Normandy coast. We came to see some of the D-Day landing sites and beaches and as a group of adults really appreciated the size of the house and the fact that all the bedrooms were pretty equal in size with modern bathrooms. The garden is also very pretty and secluded. We spent a lovely few days in this very gentle part of the world and hope to come back again soon. "The house was very modern and new. The room arrangements were good for our group. One bedroom en-suite was on the ground floor which was nice. The house is outside the bustle of Caen but an easy drive to get there. Plus, grocery stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. "A beautiful and clean hotel in a fabulous location! There was lots of street parking nearby and a large car park about a block away. There was a good grocery store a short walk and the weekly market is steps away. This made it easy to shop and cook in the well appointed kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and lots of towels were provided. The only issue with comfort for us during a "heatwave" was no airconditioning. A fan was provided, and a good cross breeze could be achieved by opening the windows. The lack of AC was more of an issue because we were traveling with a baby. The location was wonderful and the room was clean and in a beautifully restored old building with lots of character. We will definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in the city."
