"We had a very nice stay and the house was well equipped. The garden is large which gave the children space to run around and the kitchen had everything we needed. Most importantly the beds were comfortable! Location is superb if you are looking for somewhere quiet and rural but we did end up driving a lot for attractions further afield. Plenty of parking. When we called about a few issues, the owner came within 10mins and both were resolved immediately. The home-made jam was greatly appreciated....

"This property is well equipped and located in a quiet and tranquil rural setting. There are a lot of good walking trails in easy reach of this gite. If you want a holiday that centres around hiking and nature then this is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte Martin. La maison est spacieuse et agréable (suffisament pour nos trois familles avec enfants en bas âge). Toutefois, elle manque cruellement d'équipement de base, le linge de maison est dit fourni mais les serviettes et torchons ne sont pas prévus (il suffirait de le prévoir dans la description) La cuisine est équipée en vaisselle mais il manquerait une cafetière classique (pas facile de faire un café pour 6 ou 8 dans une cafetière à piston). "This property was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and the garden is beautiful! The location is convenient to visit the major sights of Normandy. My kids loved running around the yard and seeing the neighboring horses and cows. I wish we had time for a longer visit. I would definitely stay here again!"
