"I rented this property because it looked nice online and also because it was in a good location. I was in an unusual situation, renting from the the USA for two of my Ukrainian friends who were visiting Odessa for a little vacation from Kyiv. My friend's made the drive from Kyiv to Odessa and didnt pre-book a place to stay so i helped them find a place with time running out on a Friday night just before midnight curfew.
