"We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff. "

"Ritorno con piacere dopo qualche anno in questa struttura, che amo sia per la collocazione, centrale nel Salento, la tranquillità del paese (Diso), la vicinanza con la costa, l'ampiezza della camera e dei mobili, come pure la praticità di poter usare la cucina e la sala da pranzo. Un suggerimento al gestore, ricomprare le pentole (dispiace che qualche ospite le abbia graffiate in quel modo, ma sarebbe meglio cambiarle, se non così come sono meglio non usarle), come pure fare qualche piccola...

"Bella struttura situata in pieno centro a Matino, un paese molto carino situato a 10 minuti da Gallipoli, e in una posizione strategica per chi ha voglia di visitare la tante meraviglie che offre il Salento. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato è risultata pulitissima, ben arredata, silenziosa, dotata di una grande e comoda terrazza. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci auguriamo di poterci tornare anche in futuro."

El checking lo tuvimos que hacer en el hotel Montecallini donde no recibimos un trato cordial por su parte siendo bastante maleducados cuando les preguntarmos si nos podrían reponer las toallas y el papel del WC. Donde nos dijeron de una manero no muy educada que debíamos de pagar 20 euros si queríamos papel del wc y toalla limpia.
