"The dinning experience in the patio was disappointing. i waited for over 50 min to be served; had to complain to even get a waiter to bring a menu. that was the one and only meal in my four-day stay. Mercifully, INSEAD organized fabulous dinner parties and tasty luncheon. The breakfast was so disappointing and basic that I rejected it on Day 1, and skipped the rest of my stay. "I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in Fontainebleau. Although I had a busy schedule and did not have much time to interact with the staff, the two receptionists I met at check in and check out made a great impression. Both were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Their positive attitude and excellent service contributed greatly to my stay. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Fontainebleau."

"Logement très bien placé, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Le seul bémol est l'isolation phonique : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la pièce d'à côté, mais aussi dans le reste de l'immeuble et dans la cour intérieure, qui resonne beaucoup. Les instructions pour l'arrivée sont claires mais beaucoup de pièces demandées avant l'arrivée et l'appli ne marche pas hyper bien donc c'est un peu pénible de devoir tout fournir."

They seemed genuinely concerned about our well-being during our stay.
