On the 1st floor: 1 children's play area (with games and books), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm mezzanine bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the basement: laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a small bathroom with toilet and shower, large storage for bicycle, motorbike... and ski rack, a games room area with table football and darts.
Bed linen is not included.

Electricity consumption is at the expense of the tenant for the period from December to April inclusive, a meter reading will be made on arrival and one on departure, this charge will be paid on site at the end of the stay, however wood for the fireplace and pellets will be left available.

It should be noted here that cleaning fees are mandatory and in addition to the rental price for an amount of 175 euros.
