"Loved the house, loved the location and loved the stay. I especially liked the nod to the family’s heritage and history through the art work and photos. The property had character and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach easy for our 4 & 5 year olds. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived that made for a very nice welcome. I would definitely book this property again."

"My husband and I had our first trip to Folly Beach. We loved it! The cottage we rented was perfect. It was so clean and well stocked with lots of towels in the bathroom and kitchen. The outdoor shower was one of the best we’ve had. We were able to walk everywhere. The only time we got in our car was to drive to the lighthouse. We will definitely rent this cottage again!"

"Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach."

"A beautifully appointed house with updated everything. Really enjoyed the views and the beach. The area was very busy over the weekend, but the weekdays were nice and quiet. We even got to see the dolphins in the mornings! Definitely a great place to stay!"

"This was a great spot for our family vacation. The location to Folly Beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance was great with no driving required once at unit. "The front desk staff were helpful, courteous and amazing, especially Patrick! We rented the beach chairs from Travis, very kind, fairly priced, and accommodating! We had dinner at Rita’s across the street! The wait staff was great, food was delicious and the live reggae music was very fun! Great trip!"
