Living Area:
The open living space features a beautifully tiled floor, a large sectional sofa that transforms into an extra bed, a flat-screen TV, and artistic coastal décor. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and lead to a spacious oceanfront balcony, perfect for soaking in the coastal breeze and ocean views.

Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen boasts modern cabinets, sleek countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which features a unique shell light fixture and seating for six. A high-top table with two bar chairs by the window is perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying the morning sun.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with a beautifully renovated walk-in shower, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom #2: California king bed with an updated private bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds, shared access to a bathroom that also opens to the hallway.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are modern and stylish, with updated fixtures and plenty of space. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Graduation getaway

We chose this property for a C of C graduation home base and it worked perfectly!! The kitchen was well stocked and proximity was just right with the beach benefit! Would totally stay here again!

Beautiful area great location

The condo area at Folly Beach was a great set up for the location when visiting the beach, downtown Charleston, Yorktown, and Sullivan’s island! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants!

Fabulous location with great views!

My family and I loved the location and the beach was beautiful! Walking distance from restaurants and shops. The condo was cleaned and beautifully decorated, Kitchen was fully stocked and the set up was perfect for our family. My favorite part was the large balcony overlooking the ocean.

Vacation with the Whole Family

We rented this condo for a family vacation (ages 20-81) and found the condo to be just as described. They communicated well, the location was great and the beach was amazing. Everyone at the condo was kind and friendly. It was very family oriented

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Within walking distance to everything. Great restaurant right across the parking lot that had great burgers! Unit was very clean and check in and out was so easy. Pool area was maintained and clean as well. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Best condo on Folly

We’ve stayed several times at Folly Beach and this was the best, most comfortable condo we’ve stayed in. It felt like home away from home. So beautiful and clean and newly renovated. We got sad news from home and had to leave a couple days early But we’re glad we had the comfort of this condo. Thank you!

Great Location, Beautiful Condo!

We took our daughters and a friend to Folly Beach for a birthday trip and to visit the College of Charleston. The condo was beautiful and the proximity to Charleston made it perfect! We absolutely loved Charleston and driving into the city once or twice a day was no problem because it was so close. We also loved Folly Beach and this condo is close enough you can walk to everything. Management was also very responsive when needed and great to work with! We will be back!!!!

Great location and layout but a few drawbacks

The VRBO was beautiful and a great location, layout and view. However, it is listed as hosting 8 guests with a couch that “transforms” into a sleeping area. We arrived with 8 guests only to find 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twins. No pullout couch. We had to resort to one of our guests sleeping on a love seat. Very misleading in the listing! We also noticed makeup smudges on the master bedroom sheets which appeared left over from previous guests versus just a stain, and ran out of toilet paper after the first day. Despite these mishaps, we did enjoy our stay and for the majority of the time our host was communicative and helpful.
