We were delighted with the property! Three blocks from the beach and a short 10-15 minute walk to restaurants for dinner! Quiet neighborhood and all the amenities promised. Would definitely recommend the property to others. Thank you Teresa.

I rented this cottage for my parents who came to visit for Thanksgiving with their dog. They loved the location, and all of the little touches offered by Theresa. They had a great time!

The Lil' Pearl was a sweet little beach house and was fully equipped with anything we might need. We were able to walk to the beach and to the downtown area to find places to eat. My husband and I enjoyed our get-away.

Lil Pearl is cozy, beachy, short walk to Folly Beach and the legendary Bert’s Market. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, parking for 2 vehicles..outdoor shower, beach chairs, beach wagon & covered porch were nice amenities.

Lil Pearl was the perfect cottage for our weekend away. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed the island for two whole days. It was perfectly located and so close to the beach!! If you want a quintessential beach weekend, This place is it!

The Lil' Pearl is such a great location. Walking distance to Bert's, the beach is super close and the main drag of town. It was extremely clean and had anything you would need. The outside seating area and the outdoor shower was perfect. I will definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to other people.

The property was as advertised. Teresa had left a nice Easter basket of goodies. Thank you! It was a quick walk to the beach (recommend viewing the sunrise) and close enough to downtown that we walked everywhere. Would book again.

The property is very cute and clean. Location is great for a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The Low Life bar up the street is also a great find. The second shower is outside, which would have been cool, but it rained the entire time we were there. I will stay there again when I am back at the beach.

My wife and I plus our two dogs stayed at Lil Pearl last week. Teresa greeted us when we arrived and was most gracious to us. The house was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed and, in fact, my wife said she felt pampered by the little touches that Teresa provided. We would definitely stay there again!

Lil' Pearl is a Folly Beach gem. had 2 couples staying there and it was petfect for them.Teresa provided everything they needed and was even there herself to tour the cottage. Can't say enough about how cute and comfortable this rental is with a great location.2 minute walk to beach and 3 short blocks to the action on Center St.You will love it.!

A weekend away to worry about no one but ourselves. Little Pearl was the perfect spot and Theresa was a perfect host. When we arrived the toilet want working and we had a plumber on site within minutes. The place was cozy, convenient and well equipped. Check out Bert’s and make sure you trek to the end of the island to see Morris Lighthouse.

The location was good. The house seemed like it was in disrepair in some places, including the deck leading up to the entry door. The A/C was subpar; seemed to take long to cool house. Bought a box fan to remedy the issue. Note: there's no dishwasher. Overall, we had a good time.

Lovely beach cottage decorated by artsy talented woman steps to the beach. These four blocks are equal to one block to me, with one or two homes per block! Watched the sunrise every morning and grabbed our free coffee at Bert’s on the way back home. Ate seafood every day;).

This sweet little cottage is perfect for a relaxing,- has a real "Real Folly" feel. No detail is left undone. It is clean, quaint, and comfortable with all of the amenities as advertised. The outdoor shower was awesome after long days of biking and beaching. I stayed with 2 other girlfriends and had a great few days! Bring your bikes, park your car and enjoy. Theresa is an amazing host. You won't be disappointed!

We spent a great week at the Lil Pearl over Christmas 2015. The property is so cozy and close to the beach, it is perfect for any time of year. The house itself is extremely clean and welcoming and the kitchen was equipped well enough for us to prepare Christmas dinner with no problem. It truly is the little things that make this house so wonderful. The beds are soft and comfy, the bathroom is clean and has a great shower head, there are magazines and blankets in the living room that give it a true homey feeling. The owners of this property are wonderful as well, true southern hospitality. You will love your time here as much as we did... I promise! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved Lil Pearl, it is a darling little cottage in a really great location in Folly. All the reviews are spot on - photos are accurate and capture it very well. From the moment of the first inquiry, Teresa was so gracious and kind and welcoming. We arrived the day that the storm in Charleston was approaching, but we had no idea that Charleston and Folly would be hit so hard. We remained safe over the next several days with power and cable; Teresa stayed in constant contact with us to make sure we were all safe and OK. She allowed us to extend our stay by a day because of the weather conditions. Teresa, we are so thankful for your gracious hospitality and kindness. We loved your home and look forward to staying there again.

Our recent stay at Lil Pearl was our first visit to Folly Beach on the recommendation of friends. What a wonderful beach, town, and cottage! Teresa is exactly the kind of home owner you want to rent from. Our trip to the beach was longer than expected -- 13 hours. Teresa was at the house to meet us. Lights and heat were on, and we recieved a friendly welcome and guidance on the house and neighborhood. The next morning we were unexpectedly awakened early by a construction crew next door. I texted Teresa who immediately recognized that they had violated the city noise ordinance. She contacted the contractor and police, and even came over to talk to the workers and put up a sign to be sure it wouldn't happen again. It didn't, and we had a wonderful stay. Lil Pearl is small, but clean, cozy, and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 Labrador retrievers. Two friends visited for one overnight, and it was fine for the 6 of us. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds comfortable. The tv is high quality - great for watching New Year's college football. The house is 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and about the same to restaurants and bars- really a perfect location. We hope to be back soon, and are thankful for home owners like Teresa who are willing to open their property to pet owners and really take care of their renters!
