**This home is currently for sale**One of Folly's Best! Our Place at The Beach is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is located across the street from the beach and a block away from Center Street. This condo is on the third floor of an elevated three story complex with an elevator. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy the ocean views while sipping your morning coffee or reading a good book. Inside you will find a well-appointed kitchen to cook for your family along with a roomy open living area. The living room has a Smart TV for you to enjoy. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi style tub and stand up shower. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and both have en suite bathrooms. A washer and dryer are included and two reserved parking spots. The owners have added their extra touches to make sure you will have a comfortable and memorable stay that will have you wanting to come back year after year! While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC005893. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Ocean View, Great Location, Very clean with all the bells and whistles!

Celebrated our 10th Anniversary in Folly Beach. Great weather this time of year! Great restaurants & food. Love Bert’s Market and the Wooden Spoon. We also enjoyed Poogan’s in Charleston with family and saw Legally Blonde at the Dock Street Theatre. Thumbs up to Taco Boys, Rita’s, and Alfredo’s. Two thumbs up to The Bounty and Lost Dog Cafe! Definitely recommend Pier Pointe Villas, especially B 302!We’ll be back again PS- Great walks to and on the pier Doug & Tony

Amazing

Probably the best rental on Folly Beach. Extremely clean with every amenity possible. A lot of attention to guest needs. Convenient elevator and cart for hauling luggage up and down. Totally in the center of all restaurants and pier. The view is spectacular for a second street rental. I loved the jetted tub. So relaxing at the end of the day. Spacious an private for all 3 adult siblings. Great trip.

PERFECT!

Clean, spacious and super friendly staff. They left a care package with toiletries, pods for the washer, dish soap and bathroom soaps for each bathroom. I felt like I was at home and not staying in someone else's space. That is a rare perk. One of the best places we have stayed.

Folly Fun

The condo was comfortable, well stocked and had plenty of space. It was a convenient location to Charleston and other places to visit. The Taco Boy was good and so convenient to walk there. Lots of fun stops on the strip too. This is a great place to walk along the beach or enjoy time on the porch. Pretty sunny out there in the morning, so bring the sunglasses!

Our family visited for a few days and the unto was perfect. We will definitely stay at this location again. Note: there IS a crockpot in the unit. Also a keurig and regular coffee pot with a built in filter.

Amazing stay at the beach

We had an absolutely positive experience all around. The apartment was in an amazing location, a block from the beach as well as Center street. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed - trash bags, toiletries, dish soap, sponge, dishes, and silverware. Switches and remotes were labeled, which was a really nice touch. The bathrooms were spacious and could easily fit a pack n play. My entire family could not stop complimenting the unit. If I had to give constructive feedback, it was that the contract had payment terms with payment timing inconsistent with the Vrbo listing. However, communication was polite and prompt, and they agreed to honor Vrbo’s terms. We absolutely would stay here again.

Great condo!

We found Our Place At The Beach to be very well equipped, clean and Comfortable. The view was great, better than expected! We walked around the area and shops and beach and really enjoyed Folly Beach!

Prime Folly Beach Spot

Good location with the beach and many shops, restaurants, and etc. in easy walking distance. Downtown Charleston is a short drive away for any other needs. Property manager was always communicative on any questions raised.

Good view with an even better location!

The property that we stayed at was in the perfect area, was able to walk to many different shops and restaurants along with having a beautiful view. It was very clean and ready for us to have a good vacation. There were paper towels, napkins, dish soap, laundry detergent, and soap for us to use. The parking was easy to use and figure out. There was a helpful white binder that was in the property to guide what we needed to do and fun things to do around the area. The one downfall was that if you wanted beach chairs you had to rent them for the days, most properties come with them.
