Welcome to Queen of Folly on Folly Beach! This lovely 3 bedroom townhome is located in the Back Bay community and is perfect for your family or 3 couples. Relax with a cool beverage on either of the 2 screen porches, or the ground level patio. Fully stocked lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Only 0.6 miles to the closest public beach access, and shops and restaurants in the downtown Folly Beach area are 0.3 miles away. Walk, drive or bike to everything close by! Plus, it's just a 25 minute drive to historical downtown Charleston. Vacation in southern comfort and style!

Kitchen, living and dining area flow seamlessly together in an open floor plan. Living area has ample seating for everyone to gather in good conversation or kick back and watch a movie after a long day at the beach. Dining area seating 4 is set in the nook of the living area with counter seating for an additional 2 guests at the kitchen island. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve the family meals, small appliances, stainless steel main appliances, as well as plenty of cabinet storage for all of your groceries and supplies. Head out onto the 1st cozy screen porch from the living room to relax in the shade while overlooking the marsh and wildlife.

Master bedroom suite is on the 2nd floor with a queen bed and TV. Master bathroom is private with a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower. Enjoy the serenity of your own private screen porch with a cup of coffee and marsh views. Bedroom 2 acts as a second master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, dedicated workspace, and it's own private, full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom 3 houses a queen bed and small TV. Guest bathroom 3 is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. High-end linens and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Ground level patio has outdoor seating with an unobstructed view of the marsh. Patio is accessible from the 2-car garage. Parking for up to 2 vehicles is free. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, TVs, community amenities, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, washer/dryer, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just a few blocks away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Find the local and tourist favorite, the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!
