Condo was just as advertised. Comfortable, clean, all the basics. Lovely view from balcony of ocean and beach and short walk to all the restaurants. Probably the best location in Folly Beach.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The view from the condo was the best part. I would stay here again. The only complaint would be only having two key fobs for two families to share, but that would be it.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The televisions were not working upon arrival and it took a few calls to get someone, but the guy who showed up was very helpful and restored service quickly. The location was perfect - right in the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was comfortable and we would book this condo again.

Loved the condo, the view of the ocean, the ability to walk to Pier and "downtown" Folly beach. Loggerhead restaurant (literally across the street) was amazing. Lost Dog cafe is a must! Balcony was A+++. Only negative was fan in master BR made a clicking sound intermittently through the night :(

We had 8 people stay in this condo for a girls weekend. The view of the ocean is great and the pool was nice too! The condo has 3 rooms and 3 full bathrooms and 4 queen beds (1 is the pull out couch). This condo was perfect for exploring Folly and not too far from the airport or downtown Charleston.

The view from this condo is perfect! We sat on the balcony just as much as we sat inside. We enjoyed this condo very much and it was the cleanest rental I have ever had. Great room furniture was very comfortable and the beds were great. With the exception of salt and pepper, the kitchen was well equipped. We only had a couple of complaints: The bed pillows are not very good. There were extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. Secondly, the 2 frying pans in the kitchen need to be thrown away. Overall, I would most definitely stay in this condo again.

We went this past weekend for a getaway. Location is beautiful. Ocean front. Being it was January it was quiet. We walked many times on the beach and also sat in the condo and enjoyed the view. We spent a few hours each day in Charleston visiting museums, historical homes, a carriage ride and the market. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Hope to stay there again in the future.

We loved our stay at Folly and very much in this condo. The condo is well appointed, including comfortable clean furniture, updated kitchen with loads of pots & pans and essentials, a tastefully remodeled maser bath and awesome view of ocean from living and master. We'll even consider coming back for the same time next October. BUT - the place is in dire need of deep cleaning. I'm sure this is common for many of these places so late in the season. The most used surfaces were plenty clean (counters, toilets, furniture, main floor areas) but the nooks and crannies (baseboards, doors, for jambs, light switches, corners) were pretty bad. Otherwise....we'd love to come right back. It was nearly perfect.

The condo was in good shape on 4th floor. Glad we were on the top floor because lots of kids. Would have been bad to have someone above us! The condo building itself needs some attention. A huge water pipe burst in the garage and caused the alarms to go off for over an hour. Very loud. You can see the corrosion on the ceiling in the garage and more bad things will happen in the future if not repaired. The one elevator was always I demand and made checking in and out kind of long process waiting and competing for the one elevator. Other than that, it was nice stay. Views make it great.

My sisters and I stayed in the condo, and the young people stayed downtown. I have stayed at the COV before. This is a nice unit, more update in furnishings than others I have stayed at. I know my way around Folly and Charleston so the location is perfect. However, we were disappointed in the appearance of the condo upon arrival. We saw sand on the coffee table, some food on the floor, two used wash cloths left in the shower, etc. Big bird droppings on both patio sliders. All the patio furniture was covered with bird droppings. I did mention it to the girls in the rental office when I had stopped by to say we could not get any of the tv’s to work after following the directions which were left. She did offer to send over a cleaner, but we declined since we had plans the rest of the day, and my sisters had left valuables out. We ended up cleaning the windows, the patio furniture, and vacuuming ourselves. It took us while to get all the bird droppings off the table and chairs. Once it was cleaned it stayed clean the rest of the stay, which makes me wonder if it had been a while since it had last been cleaned. The tv’s weren’t anything we had done, since the worker sent over had to fiddle with it a while, and someone previous switched the cable around. Two of the tv’s needed two remotes and one you used just one. Not mentioned in the directions provided. Definitely need to fix the slider in living room. It won’t slide open without heavy pulling, and it rattles and whistles on windy days. Neither sliders will lock. We basically went with the flow, had a good time, and just giving some honest feedback. Also, other units in the past I have stayed at there, store beach chairs, toys, etc. in the locked closet area you can take down to the beach. This unit has a code lock on the storage area. Missed having some beach chairs.

Stayed her with our family for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great and the condo was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and the view of the ocean was great. We needed to check in early as we had to be in Hollywood for rehearsal by 4 pm. The property company was easy to work with and although they couldn’t promise early check in, they were able to accommodate our request. One thing to remember is they only allowed parking for 2 cars (holiday weekend) so one of our other family members had to park in public parking close by. We’d stay here again.
