It is located at the height of the hill Martellino, overlooking the Gulf of the Sun.

A few minutes drive from the town and the nearby beaches of Follonica, and the property borders the park Montioni. This special position allows tourists who stay there to take walks in the countryside but at the same time easy access to the beaches of the Carboniferous, and the park Mortelliccio Sterpaia, yet little affected by crowding the bathing establishments.
It also offers interesting ideas for activities of fishing, to horseback riding or biking.

The villa is surrounded by about 2000 olive trees, many of which are secular: the farm is located in which it is producing biologic extra-virgin olive oil which you can perform on-site tastings.

The apartment consists of a kitchen with table and chairs, large living room with table and chairs, TV SAT, a double sofà bed.
Two bedrooms (1 double and 1 with bunk beds), a bathroom with shower, a spacious lounge with access to a private equipped outdoor area that allows outdoor meals, and a private garden where you can relax in the sun with panoramic views over the bay.
The amenities include a washing machine, oven, dishwasher, satellite TV, a clothes-horse, iron and ironing board, linen for beds and kitchen.
Are excluded from the price for the bathroom linen and the use of heating.
Dogs are accepted only if they are small.
