"Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "

"Location was good and apartment had all our needs however the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t do much to help us. They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. "This hotel has the perfect spot by the beach. You just walked down the stairs and you can enjoy the great view of the cala of Tamariu. The hotel is very pretty and their staff is beyond friendly. They really make you feel very comfortable. The bartenders Tomeu and Xavi, and Alex, Marcela and “el polaco” were absolutely incredible and service was amazing. We will definitely try to come back to this place. "
