Located at the gateway to the various valleys of Ariège, it's ideal for exploring the region. It's also well-suited for reaching Catalan regions (hinterland of Perpignan, vineyards of Maury) and areas in Aude (Limoux, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary), Andorra, and Spain.

A ground floor: living area, kitchen, and bathroom
An upper floor with 3 bedrooms and another bathroom, accessed by a central staircase.
The house is harmoniously furnished and additionally features:
Unique in Ariège, countryside in the city. Lovely family house of 140m2 on 2 levels. This house is an oasis of greenery and tranquility in the heart of the city. Ideally located in Foix: an 8-minute walk (or bike ride) from the Castle and the Citadel of Foix, at the foot of the mountains and at the crossroads of Ariège, perfect for visiting, hiking, and discovering the treasures of the Ariège region for a few days, weeks, or a month.
The city center is accessible by bike or on foot via a small cross-country path.
A beautiful landscaped garden of 500m2: fig, hazelnut, apple trees, magnolia, and a splendid hundred-year-old beech tree with a hammock and a small children's swing.
A more intimate garden of 150m2 with a terrace and barbecue area, plancha/grill, and loungers.
